Hoy falleció uno de los pioneros de Bitcoin y de la criptografía, Hal Finney, víctima de ALS Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis.
Una contribución suya muy importante fué en el desarrollo de PGP 2.0 cuando el gobierno estaba tratando evitar que herramientas de criptografía fuerte (grado militar) estuvieran al alcance de ciudadanos comunes.
